Martha Koob first entered the Dental Industry in 1968 as a Dental Assistant. Within two years she was Office Manager and helped the dentist open a second office. She relocated to Miami in the mid seventies and cut her teeth working for Billy Anderson, one of the home grown dental supply legends, in South Florida. She rapidly achieved success with sales of supplies and even some equipment in her earliest days in the industry. Billy Anderson was sold to Codesco and then HealthCo and she was given the chance to specialize in Dental Equipment Installations. She was the first woman in the US to work exclusively in the equipment department at a dental supply company. Martha handled prestigious accounts like the Pankey Institute, was a fixture at the Florida Dental Boards for 20 years, where she worked with many young Doctors opening their first offices, won numerous sales awards and always accolades from her customers.

At Becker Parkin, she was named the first Woman Equipment Manager in the United States; plus she began to work with larger and larger practice groups. At Healthco, Becker Parkin and subsequently Schein she managed planning and installation of all dental equipment at over 750 dental offices. Her specialty at that point was the largest and most successful dental practice management groups. She has managed the installation of dental offices in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Massachusetts. In the corporate world, Martha was responsible for the sales and installation of about 5-7 million in equipment each year.
